SHIPPING & PICK UP
When I ship fish you can expect-
- Fish will be fasted a minimum of 24 hours prior to bagging.
- Shipping water is treated appropriately to minimise contamination and stress in transit.
- All fish are shipped using oxygen.
- Extra heat will be provided when required.
- For orders where multiple species are involved I will label all bags for easy identification when unpacking.
Local Pick Up
- Collect from 2 PICKARD STREET LENAH VALLEY
- 3:30-6:00pm MONDAY-FRIDAY
- 9:30am-1:00pm SATURDAY
Up North
- Fish are shipped out Thursday night to arrive on Friday to towns along the Midlands Highway, then along the Bass Highway as far as Burnie.
- If you are outside of this route but are willing to travel in to a “safe” address you can have an order delivered without it goind to your direct residence.
Down South
- Orders can be packed to arrive from Tuesday-Friday for the following areas.
- Hobart suburbs.
- Hobart-Bridgewater
- Hobart-Sorrell
- Hobart-Margate.
Flat Rate Same Day (Virgin Cargo) To Capital Cities
The rates quoted at Checkout apply to the capital city of the state you are in. If you are closer to a regional airport where Virgin planes service drop me a line and should be able to sort something out. Bear in mind that the smaller airports will cost more as it usually involves an off-loading of the fish.dapibus leo.
