Opthalmotilapia ventralis Kalumbamba

This line of fish was imported into Sydney around 2015 as wild caught O. vent4ralis Kampimbwe AKA Orange Caps.  They were exported from Cichlidenstadl so a highly reputable source, however neither the original breeders or subsequent generations have ever produced any males with the distinctive cap.  I have put video of one of my males displaying up for identification and the most likely location seems to be Kalumbamba which is geographically quite close to Kampimbwe in the lake.  The line is very clean and uniform so I am happy that they are a quality group I am breeding from.  Check out the video below to see what you think.
